PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pumps are designed to automatically start and stop without damaging the system. It is connected to the system in series. Opens with the pump. When the system is closed, first the valve is closed, then the pump. Prevents pressure fluctuations during opening and closing. It also acts as a hydraulic check valve. Valve control controller, time relay, switch, PLC control unit, etc. provided with control equipment.
Montage
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
Close the solenoid valve [a] and the limit switch [g] according to the wiring diagram.

Adjustment
Open the valves [h1,h2] shown on the valve.
Open the needle valve indicated by [d] 2 turns, the needle valve indicated by [c] 1 turn.
Loosen the nut on the indicator shaft with an Allen wrench.
Check the pump panel wiring diagram.
Start the pump while the ball valve at the valve outlet is closed. The pump control valve will fully open.
Press the stop button of the pump. The valve will close when the pump is running.
Mount the position nut on the level shaft and lower it until it touches the lever on the limit switch indicated by [g] (Do not lower further). The pump motor will stop. Fix the position by tightening the level nut on the shaft with an Allen key.
Start the pump again by opening the isolation valve at the outlet.
With the needle valve indicated by [c], you can adjust the opening speed of the valve.
When you stop the pump, you can adjust the valve closing speed with the needle valve indicated by [d].
Maintenance
Check and clean the finger filter at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check line pressure periodically.
