PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BKV floater level control valves provide automatic water level control of tanks or reservoirs. Main valve control is provided by a 2-way pilot float. When the water level drops below the set level, the valve opens and starts filling the tank; when it reaches the set level, the valve closes and ensures that the water level remains stable. Float, plastic hose and plastic fittings are used in BKV Manual control valve.

Montage
The valve can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
Figure-1: In top-fed tanks, the valve is located above the water level. The floater can be mounted on the valve by means of a support.
Figure-2: The valve and floater are installed separately. Flater is placed on the warehouse wall.
Maintenance
Check and clean the finger filter at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check the floater position periodically.
Manual Operation
The valve can be closed manually by moving the ball valve marked [x] on the valve to the closed position.
Adjustment
Mount the float shown by [a] firmly according to the maximum water level in the tank.
Open the ball valve [x] shown on the valve.
Adjust the valve closing speed with the needle valve shown by [b].
