Our company manufactures corrugated pipes, which play an important role in the reuse of rainwater and sewage after being removed by pipelines and treated. PE-based corrugated pipes, which are more economical, useful and long-lasting than all competing pipe systems, are produced in 6 meters length, 100mm-1000mm sizes. It has two classes, SN 4 and SN 8, according to the external load calculation.
Aysan Koruge Pipes are produced with the latest technology machines, according to TS 13476-3 standard.
Today, with the understanding of the consequences of global warming and the increase in environmental awareness, it has become important to transport waste water in a harmless manner and treat it in relevant facilities. In earlier periods; Transportation of urban-domestic and industrial waste liquids (rainwater, waste water produced in industrial facilities, drainage water accumulated during land and land reclamation, etc.) directed to the sewage system in residential units, respectively, with baked tile pipes, glazed ceramic pipes, concrete pipes , made with asbestos and fiber pipes. After the second half of the 20th century, with the help of industrialization and developing technology, and especially as a result of research and studies in the field of petrochemicals in the last quarter, plastic-based pipes (PVC-PE-PP) began to be used. In order to obtain the required strength, concrete and asbestos pipes were preferred due to the high use of plastic raw materials and the high initial investment costs. As a result of the efforts made to increase the strength and reduce the cost, by obtaining the required strength values using less plastic raw materials, the costs have been significantly reduced and, due to their structure, PE pipes, concrete ice and pipes have taken the place of them.
