Aytok Hydrofilt HBE/CHBE filters; are filters that can perform fully automatic reverse washing with electronic control. No separate energy is needed for this automatic reverse washing process, it is enough to pump water. However, in order to detect pollution and initiate backwashing, the panel must be powered by a suitable electrical installation. With the help of the pressure created by the energy of the water from the pump, the filtering element is cleaned by performing a fully automatic backwash, that is, the filter is self-cleaned. The filtration process continues while this backwash mechanism is working. The dirty water formed in this process is automatically discharged during the reverse washing.
Considering these aspects, the HBE series and its stainless body version, the CHBE series, are more flexible and efficient than fully automatic filters, manual backwash and semi-automatic backwash systems. It also minimizes the user’s time and water loss.
