PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BKV electric float level control valves provide automatic water level control of tanks or reservoirs. The main valve control is provided by a float. When the water level drops, the float sends a signal to the solenoid coil on the main valve to open the valve and start filling the tank. As soon as it reaches the set level, the signal sent to the coil is cut off and the valve closes to keep the tank level stable. Electric float, plastic hose and plastic fittings are used in BKV Manual control valve.
Montage
The valve can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
Maintenance
Check and clean the finger filter at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check the floater position periodically.
Manual Operation
It can be used manually with the selector valve located on the valve. When the switch on the selector valve is set to the ‘Auto’ position, the valve works in automatic position. The valve is manually controlled when the switch is set to the ‘Open’ or ‘Close’ position.
Adjustment
Mount the float in a stable manner according to the maximum water level in the tank.
Set selector valve [3-way valve on valve] to ‘Auto’ position.
Connect the solenoid valve to the control panel.
