PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is designed to control the flow through the valve. It keeps the flow through the valve stable without being affected by pressure and flow fluctuations at the valve inlet. Prevents excess flow during the reverse washing process in filtration systems and prevents water wastage.
Montage
The valve can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
When connecting the orifice plate to the line, install it in such a way as to provide a seal between the inlet flange of the valve and the pipe flange.

Adjustment
Start the pump or supply water to the system by opening the main valve in the network.
Open the ball valve indicated by “b1”.
Set the 3-way selector valve (a) on the valve to the “auto” position.
The adjustment screw of the pilot valve is factory adjusted according to the desired flow rate. Do not play with the pilot valve adjustment screw. If the valve does not provide the necessary regulation, contact our company.
