PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
As a result of power outages in pump systems and pump start-ups, it provides protection of the system by releasing pressure fluctuations caused by changes in water velocity. During power outages, the valve opens rapidly and releases the negative pressure wave that returns. When the negative pressure wave returns to normal, the valve closes itself slowly.

Montage

When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
The valve should be mounted on the pipeline as a TE connection.

Note: The pressure signal line must be installed on the main pipeline.

Maintenance

Check and clean the finger filter [b] at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check line pressure periodically.
Check the low pressure setting instructions periodically.

Technical Specifications

– Working with mains pressure and not needing extra energy
-Easy maintenance
– Network overload protection
– Rapid detection of high and low pressure
– It cannot be used instead of denge tanks

Adjustment

Turn the adjustment screw indicated by [a1] counterclockwise, and turn the adjustment screw [b1] fully clockwise.
Close the valves [d] and [d1], start the pump.
When normal operating pressure is reached, open valve [d1] and turn adjustment screw [b1] counterclockwise until water drips from valve [d1]. Turn the adjusting screw back again until the dripping stops and add 1 turn. Thus, the high pressure setting is completed. Generally, the high pressure setpoint should be about 1 Bar higher than the pump pressure.
Open the valve indicated by [d] and apply the ‘Low Pressure Simulation’ method. Usually, the opening pressure should be approximately 2/3 of the static pressure.
Stop the pump. The anti-shock valve will open at low pressure surge.
When a high pressure surge occurs, the main line pressure should exceed the ‘low opening pressure’ by 0.5-1 Bar.

Low Pressure Adjustment Method:

Close the isolation valve indicated by [j].
Open the needle valve indicated by [k] slightly.
Check the pressure value from the manometer [m]. The pressure will decrease.
The point at which water starts leaking from the valve [d] on the pilot indicated by [a] is the set point of the pilot.
Close the needle valve [k] and open the valve [j]. The anti-shock valve is now in the automatic position.
If the setting point does not correspond to the required opening pressure, readjust pilot [a].

– Opening point too high: Turn the adjusting screw half a turn counterclockwise.

– Opening point too low: Turn the adjusting screw half a turn clockwise.
