PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
In systems with a sudden increase in pressure, it ensures the safe operation of the system by releasing the high pressure wave in a pressure-sensitive manner. As soon as the pressure rises above the set pressure due to any reason, the valve opens and releases the excess pressure. This allows the system to work longer and healthier. It is used in critical points of systems.
Montage
The valve can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
The valve should be mounted on the pipeline as a TE connection.
Maintenance
Check and clean the finger filter at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check line pressure periodically.

Adjustment
Completely loosen the set screw [a1] on the pilot valve [a].
Start the pump or open the main valve in your line to supply water to the system.
Tighten the set screw on the pilot valve [a] to a value above the line pressure. If your line pressure exceeds your set pressure, the valve will open itself.
