PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pressure stabilization and pressure reducing control valves are control valves that provide adjustment of inlet and outlet pressure in low-slope systems. Regulates excess flow and high pressure in downslope systems and ensures system operation at normal values. It keeps the outlet pressure stable without being affected by pressure fluctuations.
Montage
The valve can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
Maintenance
Check and clean the finger filter at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check the outlet pressure value periodically.
Manual Operation
The valve can be closed manually using the ball valve [b2] located at the outlet of the valve.
Technical Specifications
It works with mains pressure and does not need extra energy
easy and accurate adjustment to the desired pressure
Ability to work without being affected by pressure and flow changes in the system
Easy maintenance
Adjustment
Start the pump or supply water to the system by opening the main valve in the network.
Open the ball valve indicated by “c” and close the ball valve indicated by “d”.
Adjust the desired inlet pressure value by looking at the manometer with the adjustment screw on the pressure stabilization pilot valve indicated by “a”. After determining the setting point, tighten the counter nut.
Adjust the pressure reducing pilot valve indicated by “b” by means of the adjustment screw (b1) located on it, looking at the manometer. The manometer on the pressure reducing pilot valve shows the valve outlet pressure value.
After determining the desired pressure point in both pilot valves, open the ball valve indicated by “b2” and supply water to the system. During the normal operation of the valve, the inlet pressure gauge will show the inlet pressure value of the valve, and the outlet pressure gauge will show the zero value. Close the ball valve “b2” to see the output pressure value.
