PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BKV pressure stabilization hydraulic control valves are control valves that stabilize the pressure value at the valve inlet. As soon as the system pressure exceeds the set pressure, the valve opens and maintains the inlet pressure. without being affected, it keeps it stable by checking the inlet pressure value. Plastic pilot valve, plastic hose and plastic fittings are used from BKV Manual control valve.
Montage
The valve can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
Maintenance
Check and clean the finger filter (x) at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check valve performance by periodically checking valve inlet pressure.
Adjustment
Completely loosen the adjusting screw (a1) on the pilot valve (a).
Supply water to the system.
Adjust the inlet pressure [a1] using the adjustment screw located on the pilot valve. (Tighten the adjusting screw until the valve opens).
When the adjusting screw is tightened, the inlet pressure increases, and when it is turned in the opposite direction, it decreases.
