PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pressure reducing control valves provide adjustment of outlet pressure. The pilot installed on it ensures that the high inlet pressure remains stable by adjusting it to the desired outlet pressure value. It is not affected by pressure and flow changes.
Montage
The valve can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
When installing the valve, it must be flush with the pipeline.
Mount the valve on the line in the direction of the arrow shown on it.
When installing the valve in the line, isolation valves (sliding valve, butterfly valve, dirt trap, etc.) can be installed before and after the valve.
Maintenance
Check and clean the finger filter (x) at the valve inlet according to the water quality. Do not clean the filter more than once every few months unless the water is very dirty.
Check the outlet pressure value periodically.
Manual Operation
The valve can be closed manually using the ball valve [c] located at the valve outlet.

Adjustment
Turn the adjusting screw (a1) on the pilot valve (a) counterclockwise.
Close the ball valve indicated by [c] and open the ball valve indicated by [b].
Give water to the system and wait for a while for the valve to close.
Turn the adjustment screw [a1] clockwise until the desired output pressure value is reached.
Supply water to the system by opening the ball valve indicated by [c].
